Chief Accountant (Whaup)

Working location: WHAUP Nghe An - Nghi Huong, Cua Lo, Nghe AnWorking time: From Monday to FridayA. Work as Chief Accountant of WHAUP- Organize and operate an appropriate accounting structure to perform accounting tasks in the production and business process and in accordance with the provisions of the Accounting Law as well as guiding documents- Inspect and control the implementation of production and business plans, incomes and expenditures- Inspect and control the management and use of the Company's assets and resources; Detect and prevent action/operation that violating finance and accounting laws throughout the Company- Prepare financial statements accurately and promptly in accordance with the Charter and Applicable Laws and send the information on financial statements to WHAUP in Thailand within the deadline- Analyze accounting information and data; Advise and propose solutions to serve the Company's management requirements- Organize the preservation and storage of the Company's accounting documents and books according to the Accounting Law- Manage and work with external auditor to ensure the smooth audit process and sending the information about audited financial statements to WHAUP in Thailand within deadline- Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions of the organization- Working with authorities and other stakeholders for the matters of the Company (water tariff, contracts, payment process, etc.)- Supervise and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environmentB. Support Finance and Accounting work of other projects of WHAUP in Vietnam- Do accounting review for other projects of WHAUP in Vietnam- Implement financial analysis and reports for other projects of WHAUP in Vietnam- Other allocation as requested by management
