Managing and being responsible for all activities and personnel of the security department.
Developing regulations, processes and rules relating to security and safety in the resort. Ensuring strict and effective protection, following the policies and laws of the state.
Developing plans, coordinating with functional agencies to organize the fire protection training for employees.
Checking and being responsible for the camera system operations.
Co-ordinating with HR Dept in staff selection, recruitment and training.
Coordinating with other departments to ensure work efficiency.
Performing other duties by requests of the BOD as needed.
Reporting to General Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Graduated from College or above.
Passed security training courses.
Require basic English communications skills.
Proficient in using MS-Office.
At least 02 years experience in the same position at a 4-5 star hotel or resort.
Require organizing skills, problem solving skills, management and leadership skills, training skills.
Healthy demanding.
