Mô Tả Công Việc
1/ Fabric Research and Development:
-Research new fabrics that meet product requirements (e.g., flame-resistant, anti-static, antibacterial fabrics, ETC.).
-Collaborate with suppliers to develop custom fabrics tailored to the company’s needs
2/ Fabric Quality Control:
-Coordinate with the QA/QC department to inspect fabric quality before and after production.
-Resolve fabric-related issues such as technical defects or failure to meet standards
3/ Support for Production and Design:
-Work with the design team to select fabrics that match product designs and requirements.
-Assist the production team in addressing fabric-related issues
4/ Documentation and Reporting:
-Maintain records of fabrics, suppliers, and quality control processes.
-Provide regular reports on material status, costs, and fabric quality.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience within product design and development
- Have more than 4 years of experience in that field/Merchandies Dev in Garment.
- Fluent in English
- Work independently
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of garment costing
- Fabric process knowledge including all woven, knits and denims.
- Awareness of test requirements
- Skills Required:
- Technical Knowledge:
- Communication and Negotiation Skills: Ability to work with suppliers and internal departments, Strong negotiation skills for pricing and contract terms.
- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with material management software and quality inspection tools.
