Responsible for handling compensation in the field of PROPERTY INSURANCE and other lines if requested: - Conduct field surveys when necessary;- Handling compensation documents including loss investigation, negotiation & compensation settlement;- Check the compensation scope of the insurance policy related to the settlement file before notifying the customer;- Evaluate the reasonableness of the compensation amount and make necessary claim adjustments;- Review unresolved compensation cases and prepare monthly reports;- Compensation statistics for management purposes;- Monitor and manage compensation claims.Chịu trách nhiệm xử lý bồi thường trong lĩnh vực BẢO HIỂM TÀI SẢN và các lĩnh vực khác khi được yêu cầu:- Tiến hành khảo sát hiện trường khi cần thiết;- Xử lý hồ sơ bồi thường bao gồm điều tra tổn thất, thương lượng & giải quyết bồi thường;- Kiểm tra phạm vi bồi thường của đơn bảo hiểm liên quan đến hồ sơ giải quyết trước khi thông báo cho khách hàng;- Đánh giá tính hợp lý của số tiền bồi thường và thực hiện điều chỉnh yêu cầu bồi thường cần thiết;- Xem xét những trường hợp bồi thường chưa giải quyết và lập báo cáo hàng tháng;- Thống kê bồi thường phục vụ mục đích quản lý;- Theo dõi và quản lý các khiếu nại truy đòi bồi thường.

*QUALIFICATIONS• Education: University graduate, majoring in Insurance, Civil Engineering Construction is preferred.• Experience in Insurance/ Claims handling/ Loss Assessment is an advantage.• Detail oriented; Time & task management; Presentation; Negotiation skills.• Good at English.
