You will…
Your primary responsibilities include:
● Record, maintain, and update employee data in the HR database
● Complete all new and renewal employment contracts, consulting agreements, and related
appendices;
● Prepare monthly payroll calculation and payment;
● Submit bi-annual Labor Use Report to the Labor Department, register Company Policy and,
Collective Labor Agreement; update changes in Payroll Structure (if any).
● Handle all employees' requests regarding mandatory insurance and E2 Medical Insurance;
● Register PIT Code for employees and their dependents (if any);
● Apply new and renew the Work Permit andTemporary Residential Card for all expats;
● Prepare and file Quarterly PIT Declaration and Annual PIT Finalization
● Other HR tasks assigned by Direct Supervisor

You have…
These are the minimum requirements. We can't accept you in this role unless you meet them all:
● At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
● Good academic background in Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields.
● Strong knowledge of theVietnamese Labour Code.
● Experience doing C&B at an organization that also employs expats
● Good command of communication in both English and Vietnamese
● Proficient in MS Office and managing databases, spreadsheets
● Results-driven, neutral, careful, and detail-oriented personality
