- Handle customer complaint cases, support customers to issue invoices
- Handle orders on Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, Tik Tok E-commerce platforms
- Check inventory and prepare goods for timely delivery to transportation company
- Total up all orders on E-Commerce platforms to report to Accounting Department
- Support orders need to deliver in a rush, within the day
- Support to export-import goods
- Summary all transport expenses, refunds and debt of platforms on the first day of every month
- Check payment information on platforms and report to Accounting Department
- Report on MISA and Odoo inventory
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum 1 years experience in this field.
- Language Skills – Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Ability to answer incoming client calls
- Responsible, strong communication and negotiation skills, enthusiastic, honest,
hardworking.
- Have creativity, logical thinking, and strong problem-solving skill
