• Cost validation or negotiation • Giving ad-hoc quotation to customer • Act as sales indoor to execute sales process when required. • Giving shipping instruction to operation • Support adherence to shipping instruction and SOPs. • Coordinate internally with team members for related reports (sales activities; CRM dashboard; monthly/weekly sales report; minutes of meeting; etc.) • Provide instant support to Manager or Sales colleagues in terms of interfacing with customers; internal/external stakeholders when necessary. • Act as sales indoor to execute sales process when required. • Manage and coordinate complex quotation processes as well as business implementations. •Ensure quick and effective problem resolution and troubleshooting with assigned customer. •Support customer retention through pro-active relationship management and focused problem resolution (jointly with operations).

- Bachelor’s degree in economics, Import/ Export, Logistics, or related fields - Having at least 3 years working experience in Freight Forwarding with experience in Sales & Commercial is a priority. - Having good knowledge of foreign trade, forwarding, import/ export process and custom - Customer orientation - Good at communication, conflict resolution, problem solving & time management skills. - Good at Analytical & Organizing skills. - Good command of English
