1. Update training record master file of all associates
2. LAS: update associate information, add users or trainers, make and check training report
3. LMS: update associate information, add users, get grade report and check completion status
4. Daily Guiding Message: make poster, send email and put in designated areas
5. Service Excellence Ambassadors: track and update WOW record daily, make IMWY Story poster weekly and post on Notice board and Learning Facebook page.
6. Certification Program: facilitate knowledge test (if any), track and follow up with Induction Plan submission, update completion status report – both internal report and BTMA report.
7. Buggy: help associates with knowledge learning, coordinate buggy test, make and control buggy license.
8. Arrange venues and facilities for training sessions.
9. Assist in preparation of training material – Handout, Presentation, Announcement Poster, Registration form, Attendance Record and Evaluation form for all internal courses in line with monthly training activity.
10. Promote and follow up the participants with the concerned department for every training activity.
11. Assist in conducting the hotel general orientation training
12. Assist in coordinating compulsory basic training for all associates as per the hotel annual plan.
13. Administers and facilitates the implementation of TOEIC test program, update TOEIC score master file.
14. English training: Teach basic level English classes and complete all admin related tasks of those respective classes.
15. Noticeboard and Learning Facebook Group: ensure that training notice boards are attractive and updated; Facebook postings are updated and engaged.
16. Ensures all training administration and stationery are properly handled and maintained.
17. Coordinates and facilitates the internal cross training programs.
18. Assist in preparing Travel Authorization Form, Cash advance, Training Bond, Reimbursement form, etc… for associates participating in Cross Exposure Training Program in another property.
19. Keeps current with the new corporate and property-initiated training programs as well as Product Knowledge of the Group and the Hotel.
20. Prepare the document which is related to all training courses to submit to local government office or audits as and when required in a timely and accurately manner.
21. Be a representative to other associates to ensure the high quality and good maintenance of associate facilities which are the associate restaurant, locker rooms, training rooms and training library/center.
22. External training: Assist to prepare all required documents for participants for external training courses.
23. Coordinating with local and foreign universities about internship programs of Student Trainees and take care of both local and foreigner student trainees.
24. Handles other projects as assigned.
