Food License Specialist• Lập chỉ tiêu kiểm nghiệm, Thực hiện soạn thảo và nộp hồ sơ đăng ký công bố/tự công bố thực phẩm• Establish testing criteria, prepare and submit application for food declaration / self declaration• Theo dõi hồ sơ và thúc đẩy tiến độ hoàn thành hồ sơ• Monitor and promote the progress of completing documents• Trao đổi cùng bộ phận nhập khẩu/kinh doanh để hồ sơ hoàn thiện phù hợp nhất..• Discuss with the import/sale department to complete the most suitable declaration.• Lập kế hoạch làm việc, báo cáo kết quả công việc cho cấp trên• Make work plans, report work results to superiors.• Tra cứu & Tư vấn pháp luật: Cập nhật các quy định pháp luật mới được ban hành, sửa đổi, bổ sung có khả năng ảnh hưởng đến hoạt động công bố chất lượng sản phẩm của Công Ty.• Legal research & consulting: Update newly issued, amended and supplemented legal regulations that may affect the Company's product quality declaration activities.• Trao đổi thêm trong buổi phỏng vấn.• Discuss more during the interviewAdmin Assistant• Process the purchase steps such as: gathering quotations, looking for competitive pricing, negotiating the price with suppliers and good received.• Directly dealing with vendors and third parties;• Drafting and ensuring the administrative procedures/ purchasing;• Other tasks as required.
