Mô Tả Công Việc
- Consult and review accounting entries and documents within MISA software.
- Check and maintain payment records, expenses, and accounts payable; expenses, fixed assets, and tools within the system.
- Review accounting, tax, and management processes to minimize risks and enhance company benefits.
- Monitor the company's accounts payable and expenses.
- Prepare financial reports and management reports as required.
- Prepare and submit foreign contractor tax reports and VAT input reports.
- Review the legality and validity of contracts, both in English and Vietnamese.
- Train and guide other departments on accounting procedures and forms.
- Work with auditors and tax authorities to ensure compliance.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- A strong passion for accounting and a commitment to continuous learning.
- English proficiency equivalent to a TOEIC score of 800 or higher.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Honest, detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of working under pressure.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in using MISA software.
