1-Design development (75%) - Developing new seasonal package and gift box in support of local market demand. - Adapting package design from Headquarters for Vietnam market. - Working out the design of POSM and other items customized to Sales team's request.- Liaising with printing supplier to ensure deliverables are qualified and on track. 2-Supply and control POSM to support sales activities (25%) - Following up procurement process of POSM order & POSM production. - Overseeing POSM delivery to branches in line with Sales' allocation request. - Monthly checking and reporting inventory status of POSM in cooperation with Sales Admin team. 3-Others - Other Marketing activities as assigned by Marketing MNG - Support Design for internal events, if any - Follow process, form as regulated in FSSC 2200 & ISO 9001:2015

Education: University/CollegeMajor: Knowledge of design, printing, FMCG fieldsExperience: At least 3 years in design function with proven records in design development of POSM, Package, Key Visual, etc.Strong creative thinkingGood at design softwares such as Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign... & 2D-3D S-MaxGood communication skills, creativity, able to work well independently and in teamAble to write and speak English at intermediate level
