1.1. Operating the salary and bonus system and other remuneration regimes in accordance with the Company's regulations
- Develop a salary, bonus, remuneration system and a system of criteria for assessing capacity for employees;
- Check attendance; calculate salaries, pay employees;
- Settlement of employee regimes: social insurance, salary bonus, foreigner regime;
- Periodically synthesize information, analyze, evaluate, and recommend salary and bonus adjustments based on employee capabilities, the market, and the company's policies and regimes;
1.2. Performing labor relations work
- Developing processes, disciplinary regulations, working regulations and perfecting labor regulations;
- Timely record and handle arising issues related to labor relations;
1.3. Carrying out labor procedures for foreigners (Visa, Temporary Residence Card, Work Permit,...)
1.4. Other jobs
- Drafting relevant documents; store and manage personnel records and labor management books;
- Implement training plans for employees; integration training for new staff;
- Recruiting positions at the company's premises (accounting for 30%).
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Education: Graduated from a regular university with majors: Human Resource Management, Law and other related majors;
- 1-2 years experience in HR;
- Language skills: Fluent in English
- Knowledge: Ability to self-study, self-research and apply knowledge of human resource management skills;
- Skills: Proactive, enthusiastic, logical thinking, with a high sense of responsibility at work.
