- Support the Manager, Internal Communication and Engagement in the development and implementation of engagement and culture strategic initiatives to inform, and educate leaders, managers and teams.
- Create roadmap centered around initiatives leveraging employee data to implement strategies that promote and achieve high engagement and Service culture
- Design and own the on-boarding experience for new Conductors driving assimilation and engagement.
- Build constructive relationships with staff and managers, working collaboratively to implement targeted engagement and cultural initiatives and objectives.
- Plan and manage the conduct of the annual eNPs survey, including communication planning, dissemination of the survey and follow up of results, ensuring communications in relation to the survey are timely, informative and affirmative.
- Develop and advocate staff engagement and cultural initiatives by leading consultation processes and focus group activities to identify the feasibility of options, to achieve engagement and cultural objectives.
- Design a communications plan to capture all elements of the engagement and culture strategy plan’s survey cycle and activities, to maximise exposure to and awareness of target initiatives for improvement.
- Develop, implement, maintain and analyse data from measurement standards to provide evidence-based information and recommendations to guide continual improvement and increase employee engagement, satisfaction and retention and support the cross functional areas of People and Safety.
- Work with the Internal communication and Media teams and other departments to identify and implement employee engagement initiatives.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor of Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Culture or related field.
- At least of 3 years of professional experience with a focus on employee engagement, employee experience, or other related HR disciplines.
- Experience in designing and deploying employee surveys and/or facilitation of company-wide post survey action planning
- Demonstrate strong communication and people skills (verbal, written and listening). Exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities and detail oriented
- Ability to build relationships and gain the confidence of key stakeholders and team members.
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving employee experiences
- Must embody and demonstrate company values and culture. Advanced facilitation skills with a high comfort level of facilitating in small and large groups including Senior Leadership
- Experience of survey process and management; Experience of data analysis and presenting data; Event planning; Excellent stakeholder management.
- Innovative, independent and can work under high pressure
