Service managementDevelop and design scope of work of repair & maintenance with agency in order to standardize MEM Operations process nationwide including: working process of R&M, spare parts management processCoordinate with MEM locations & Agency in order to deliver service on marketAnalyze data, identify serive issues on market to drive service performance and efficiency nationwide, propose solutions to improveFollow up enhance repair & maintenance system in order to simplifier & efficiencyWorking as technical expertise & capture new technical solution in local & in oversea to improve & apply to MEM locations & AgencyBuild up AOP OPEX on time in full & cascade to all locations as AOP time2. Contract managementWorking with procurement team to enhance & develop scope of repair & maintenance contractMake a purchasing centralized plan of service items in principle contract & deploy landing for locationsCascade repair & maintenance contract & purchasing centralized plan to all MEM locations as AOP timeKeep tracking OPEX budget phasing & finding I&O to improve efficiency budgetEvaluating existing agency & searching new agency with procurement team in market3. Customer insightCoordinating CD team, CS team to capture business requirement & deploymentImplement technical training for key customers (Chain stores, Key account, …) & service agencyContinuously field visit & interact with sales team to learn & update customer insight & market movement to develop efficiency service model for company.

- University graduation in engineering major- At least 2 years experiences on service home appliances & supervisor - Analytical, systematically, problem solving skills - Possess high compliance standards, detail-oriented, good at process guideline- Good communication/ interpersonal skills to communicate effectively- English skill for reading / writing at daily work- Good office skills
