1. Centre Performance- Propose and achieve plans and actions in order to achieve the approved annual targets.- Propose and achieve the monthly Centres targets including new sales and revenue.2. Centre Operation- Re-enrolment Monitoring: Follow up with registered students. Update enrolment progress and report timely to CSM to maximize the number of classes open each term and average class size.- Maintain and upgrade systems/procedures for all administration tasks in Counselling Department and liaise with Centre Sales Manager /Country Manager to ensure consistency- Provide all kinds of sales reports to the Centre Sales Manager/ Country Manager- Overview and handle all center’s students/parents’ complaints/concerns about services and, if necessary, pass them on to relevant departments and follow up.3. Leadership & talent development- Lead, manage and motivate the Counselor team to drive superior performance and achievement of business objectives.- Training, developing and coaching Counsellor Staff to improve their individual professional development.- Assist counselors on all day-to-day and term-by-term student administrative mattersOther tasks required by Centre Sales Manager/ Country Manager

- University degree- 2 years of applied sales experience with a strong Sales experience- Intermediate English language level.- Good Team Player- Willing to work overtime during the busy time- Strong knowledge of Education market; competitors; products; price; SWOP of ELT and IELTS market- Creative and strong planning skills- Self-motivated, results-oriented- Can-do attitude, be able to perform under pressure
