1. Main Duties:- Talent Acquisition· Coordinating with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs, understand the role and key attributes required· Sourcing potential candidate from different channels (social plaforms, professional networks..)· Determine selection criterias · Sourcing potential candidate from different channels (Social plaforms, professional networks..)· Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events· Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews· Extend offers to successful candidates and package negotiations· Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using Applicant Tracking System· Track and manage recruitment datas and system- Employer Brand Inititives· Communicate employer brand activities across all channels · Ensure that the employer brand is consistently and effectively represented both internally and externally.· Create a positive perception of the company culture through daily operations and successful hiring.2. Other tasks which are related to the above listed responsibilities

- At least 03 years experience in the same role- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Vietnamese)- Good at public speaking and organization skills - Positive energy and strong problem-solving skills- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
