- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop an understanding of all open role’s candidate selection criteria. - Manage full cycle recruiting processes for both Non-IT and IT job positions from initial outreach through onboarding (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, offers, onboarding, etc.) - Provide over executing a professional end-to-end candidate experience. - Maintain data integrity, proactively sharing updates with all related parties and utilizing insights to improve recruiting process. - Ability to perform detail-oriented projects with a high level of accuracy. - Identify and participate in community activities such as job fairs, university events, industry groups, etc. and promote other social media contents on LinkedIn or Facebook to enhance Employer Branding for Company. - Other tasks assigned by the Supervisor

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. - At least 3 years of experience of full - cycle recruiting experience in both IT and Non-IT positions, prefer having experience in IT Company. - Proficiency using systems and tools that support sourcing, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting, and workplace collaboration tools. - Enthusiasm and confidence to partner with hiring Managers and Leaders to develop and support an interview process. - Passion for innovation and technology that drives greater recruitment efficiency and high-quality hires for the Company. - Good communication in English. Having Japanese language is a plus
