• Handling multiple line of business claims but mostly the Group Personal accident and Workmen Compensation claims in accordance with company guideline and procedure.
• Responsible to claim admin tasks in HCMC, including file management, claim registration and create payment in system.
• Other tasks as assigned by Head of Claims .
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Qualification
• Graduate level BA or higher in insurance, economics, finance or legal disciplines.
• Certification of insurance issued by a professional insurance training institution is preferred.
Experience:
• Medium work experience - At least 5 years’ experience working as insurance claim handler.
Knowledge:
• Knowledge of the insurance industry.
• Knowledge of business processes
• Basic understanding of system and its operation
• Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Skills:
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both local Vietnamese and English language.
• Strong client and customer management skills.
• Analytical and strong negotiation skills.
• Strong reasoning capabilities, creative lateral thinking, and good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritise and achieve deadlines/ targets.
