Client Executive, Corporate Risk & BrokingThis position is expected to successfully develop client portfolio, including new customers, renewal and enhancement of existing coverage to ensure the achievement of the sales target.The Role1. Business Development & Sales Execution- Identify and acquire new clients to achieve individual sales targets.- Proactively explore and develop new business opportunities, especially with corporate clients in industrial sectors such as construction and manufacturing.- Execute sales strategies effectively to meet assigned business targets.2. Client Relationship Management- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to support insurance placement, renewals, and cross-selling opportunities.- Manage the end-to-end client engagement process, ensuring high service quality and client retention.- Provide consultative support to clients on insurance solutions tailored to their business needs.3. Internal & External Collaboration- Work closely with internal departments and insurance providers to deliver customized and competitive insurance solutions.- Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.4. Reporting & Performance Monitoring- Regularly update and report sales performance metrics, pipeline status, and client engagement activities to management.5. Other Responsibilities- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.- Minimum 5 years of experience in (non-life) insurance, B2B Sales, Banking, Manufacture or other relevant business services.- Demonstrated ability to develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and cold calling.- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive in approach.- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.- Proficiency in Japanese or Chinese is a plus.
