Cloud Support Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field. Strong foundational knowledge of operating systems (Linux/Windows Server), networking, and virtualization. • Experience working with Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or Private Cloud solutions (OpenStack, VMware, Proxmox, etc.). • Preferably experienced in troubleshooting, customer support, or real-world Cloud system deployment. • Logical thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English. Nice to have (preferred but not mandatory): • Cloud-related certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware, etc.). • Experience with CI/CD, Ansible, Terraform, or other automation tools.
