Key Responsibilities
• Manage distribution strategy for all properties under the cluster, ensuring optimal visibility and competitive positioning.
• Oversee and maintain content accuracy on all OTA platforms, brand websites, and GDS channels.
• Monitor channel performance, conversion rates, and pricing parity across distribution platforms.
• Collaborate with Revenue and Marketing teams to launch promotions, packages, and rate plans.
• Maintain relationships with OTA account managers and other key distribution partners.
• Analyze performance reports and provide insights to drive bookings and ADR growth.
• Ensure seamless connectivity between PMS, CRS, and third-party platforms.
• Train and support property teams on distribution standards and updates.
• Monitor market trends and competitors’ online positioning to adapt strategies.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in distribution, revenue management, or e-commerce within the hotel industry.
• Strong knowledge of OTA platforms, GDS, channel managers, and booking engines.
• Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with OTA partners.
• Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office (knowledge of RMS or CRS systems is a
