1. Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue goals and targets.
- Identify market trends and competitor activities to position the hotel effectively in the market.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new relationships to expand the customer base.
- Conduct regular client meetings, site inspections, and entertainment events to foster positive relationships.
- Create and execute sales plans, including setting sales goals, strategies, and tactics.
- Actively pursue and respond to sales leads, RFPs, and other sales opportunities.
4. Negotiation and Contract Management:
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Ensure that all contractual agreements are adhered to and resolve any issues that may arise.
5. Collaboration with Other Departments:
- Work closely with other departments, including operations and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
- Provide input on pricing, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
6. Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance against targets, and market trends.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
7. Other tasks as assigned
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in hotel sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, market trends, and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Flexibility to work as required by the business.
