Cluster Sales Manager

1. Sales Strategy:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue goals and targets.
• Identify market trends and competitor activities to position the hotel effectively in the market.

2. Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new relationships to expand the customer base.
• Conduct regular client meetings, site inspections, and entertainment events to foster positive relationships.

• Create and execute sales plans, including setting sales goals, strategies, and tactics.
• Actively pursue and respond to sales leads, RFPs, and other sales opportunities.

4. Negotiation and Contract Management:

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Ensure that all contractual agreements are adhered to and resolve any issues that may arise.

5. Collaboration with Other Departments:

• Work closely with other departments, including operations and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
• Provide input on pricing, promotions, and marketing initiatives.

6. Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance against targets, and market trends.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
