Job Title: Communications Assistant Department: Communications DepartmentA. JOB DESCRIPTION:I. Job Description:Support the implementation of brand communication activities, content creation, event organization, digital channel management, and cross-department coordination to enhance the brand awareness and reputation of Doppelherz in Vietnam.II. Key Responsibilities:1. Brand Content & Visuals• Contribute to writing PR articles, press releases, social media posts, emails, brochures, etc.• Collaborate on visual content design: posters, banners, standees, and sponsorship materials.2. Digital Channels• Support planning, preparation of documents, and logistics for conferences, exhibitions, and sponsorship events.• Capture photos/videos and write post-event summaries.3. Communication Events• Receive design packages from partners (China, Japan).• Support testing and act as a technical bridge.4. Internal Communication• Assist in developing internal newsletters, corporate culture campaigns, and employee engagement activities.• Coordinate with Admin and other departments on internal communication initiatives.5. Product Communication• Write articles and produce videos for social media platforms and official communication channels.6. Cross-Department & Partner Coordination• Act as the liaison with design, printing, and media agencies to execute communication materials.• Support contact with KOLs/KOCs for brand collaboration campaigns.
