1. Compensation Administration:

- Develop and manage salary structures and pay scales to ensure competitiveness within the hospitality industry.
- Conduct regular market surveys and compensation benchmarking to ensure the resort’s pay scales align with industry standards.
- Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment for all resort employees.
- Advise department heads on compensation-related issues, including merit increases, promotions, and adjustments.
- Coordinate with Finance for accurate budgeting and forecasting of compensation expenses.
2. Benefits Management:
- Administer the resort’s benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off (PTO), and other employee benefits.
- Ensure that employees understand and take full advantage of the benefits offered by the resort.
- Work with vendors and insurance providers to negotiate and manage employee benefits contracts.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, including statutory benefits requirements.
3. Employee Records and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee compensation and benefits records.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including tax regulations and reporting requirements.
- Assist with internal audits and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to company policies and legal standards.
4. Employee Relations and Communication:
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding compensation and benefits queries.
- Communicate any changes to compensation or benefits programs to employees and management in a clear and timely manner.
- Provide support and guidance to HR teams in resolving employee compensation and benefits issues.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on compensation and benefits-related metrics, including cost analysis and effectiveness of benefits programs.
- Provide recommendations based on data to improve compensation offerings and employee satisfaction.
6. Training and Development:
- Train HR staff and department managers on compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
- Conduct workshops or briefings to educate employees on benefits options and how to maximize their usage.
7. Other Responsibilities:
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to compensation and benefits.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to implement broader employee engagement and retention strategies.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably in the hospitality or resort industry.
- Strong knowledge of compensation systems, benefits programs, and labor laws.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Certification in compensation and benefits (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional - CCP).
- Experience working in a multicultural environment, especially in the hospitality industry.
