- Take charge of Compensation & Benefits job including: Onboard/Offboard process, Probation, Labor contract management, Assignment, Internal Transfer, Employees Welfare & Benefits, Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, Personal Income Tax, …- Support employees in visa application for overseas business trip- Control Human Resources (HR) policies & regulations to guide employee to follow as per Company policy & Labor law- Control & update employee data in Personnel files (hard copy) and in HRIS if there is any change- Make monthly/yearly HR reports (organization chart, headcount, …) and other HR related reports as requested - Arrange HR annual events such as Annual health check, Promotion, Long service award...- Other job assigned by Head of Department

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor Degree in relevant majors.- From 2 years of work experiences in Compensation and Benefits position.- Good command of English (4 skills)- Good interpersonal skill, integrity and approachability- Detail-oriented, improvement-driven, and excellent at task management- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within team and with other departments- Good Microsoft office skill (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoints)- Hand-on experience in working with SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
