Overview:We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Compliance and Policy Analyst to ensure our applications and business operations comply with app store policies, AdMob policies, legal regulations, and industry standards. This role will play a critical part in safeguarding the company’s legal standing, ensuring smooth app releases, and supporting the business’s growth and expansion into new markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of app store guidelines, AdMob monetization policies, data privacy laws, and general business compliance requirements, with the ability to translate these into actionable strategies for the company.Key ResponsibilitiesApp Store ComplianceMonitor and interpret app store policies (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store) to ensure all applications meet the required guidelines for submission and updates.Collaborate with product, development, and marketing teams to address compliance issues and ensure app releases are not delayed or rejected.Stay updated on changes to app store policies and proactively communicate potential impacts to relevant stakeholders.Conduct audits of app content, features, and metadata to ensure ongoing compliance with app store requirements.AdMob Policies ComplianceEnsure all applications comply with Google AdMob policies, including content, ad placement, and monetization guidelines.Conduct regular audits of ad implementations to ensure compliance with AdMob’s policies, such as:Prohibited content (e.g., adult content, violence, or misleading information).Ad placement policies (e.g., avoiding accidental clicks, proper spacing, and avoiding disruptive ads).Ad format compliance (e.g., rewarded ads, interstitial ads, and banner ads).Monitor and address AdMob policy violations, including responding to warnings or account suspensions.Collaborate with the development team to implement compliant ad placements and resolve any flagged issues.Stay updated on changes to AdMob policies and ensure the company’s monetization strategies align with the latest requirements.Policy Development and ImplementationDevelop and maintain internal compliance policies and procedures to align with app store guidelines, AdMob policies, and legal regulations.Provide training and guidance to internal teams on compliance best practices and regulatory requirements.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance is integrated into product development, marketing, and operational processes.Business Growth SupportAdvise on legal and compliance considerations for new features, products, and market expansions.Research and provide insights on regulatory trends and emerging compliance requirements that may impact the business.
