- Prepare requests for internal and external audits.
- Compile customer requirements and conduct checks, monitor department execution processes.
- Coordinate with departments to schedule and remind regular customer evaluation appointments on time.
- Conduct regular assessments, unannounced internal ISO, CoC, C-TPAT, PCCC system audits, and monitor departmental execution processes to ensure compliance with company systems, procedures, and policies.
- Collect corrective action reports from ethics, social responsibility assessments, quality assessments, C-TPAT assessments and send preventive action reports to customers.
- Support uploading preventive action data to customer electronic channels.
- Analyze, implement, and respond to customer requests.
- Perform other duties as required by the department head.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Education: College or university graduate in relevant fields (social sciences, environment, sustainable development).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in the CSR field (previous experience in factories with customer evaluations).
- Skills: Strong communication skills and adaptability in handling situations.
- Gender and Marital Status: Female, single (preferred).
- Language Proficiency: English communication level of 6-7 out of 10.
