- Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional first impression of the resort.
- Offer comprehensive information on local attractions, dining, and activities in Phu Quoc.
- Make reservations for restaurants, transportation, and various guest activities.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local events and maintain an organized concierge desk.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Assist with luggage and promote resort amenities and services when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and preferences.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Excellent English communication skills; fluency in Vietnamese is highly desirable.
- Previous concierge or front desk experience in a high-volume luxury hotel or resort.
- In-depth knowledge of Phu Quoc Island and its various attractions.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and strong computer skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and solve problems with attention to detail.
- Flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and the physical ability to stand for long periods and assist with luggage.
- A degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
