- Research product (wood; plastics; decal; metal. ..etc) prices and get quotation from several subcontractor/suppliers
- Create the internal budget document and make Quotation to be submitted to the customer.
- Confirm in order to receive an order from the customer.
- After placing the order, confirm with the supplier that there are no mistakes with the products and closely follow the delivery status.
- Able to make a schedule. Have a lot of experience in construction and site management.
- Regarding personality, a serious person who frequently reports, communicates, and consults with their superiors..
- Conduct design inspection before construction completion and attend client inspection.
- Domestic business trips.

1. Required Skill
- English: Communicate, read and text mail skill. Have good communication skills (around Toeic 750 points or IELTS 6.5)
- Read and understand detailed drawings.
- Can used Autocad, Sketch Up ………
- Have 2 years experience in project management in the field of design, construction, store renovation.....
2. Preferable Skill
- Priority: can speak Japanese, N5-N4 is OK
- Priority: have experience working with Japanese company
- Knowledge in interior design and construction fields
- Have experience in surveying and accepting projects
