CONSTRUCTION PROJECT ADMIN

SCOPE OF WORK

The Construction Project Admin provides administrative and coordination support to the project management team to ensure construction projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Provide administrative support to the SVP, Project Management and project team.
• Prepare, manage, and maintain project documentation (contracts, drawings, submittals, reports, meeting minutes, etc.).
•  Coordinate communication between internal teams, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Track project schedules, deliverables, and deadlines; follow up on outstanding items.
• Assist in admin cost control by tracking invoices, purchase orders, variation orders, and payment certificates.
• Support in organizing and maintaining project filing systems.
• Arrange project meetings, site visits, and inspections; prepare agendas and record minutes.
• Support procurement processes, including vendor documentation and compliance records.
• Ensure project documentation complies with company policies and legal requirements.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the SVP, Project Management.
