• Monitor daily construction activities at the site.• Urge, check, and remind workers to comply with technical standards and safety regulations.• Inspect the quality of materials and supplies used in the construction project.• Evaluate, supervise, and track the progress of construction to ensure compliance with the design and technical drawings, ensuring the work is carried out according to the plan and schedule.• Supervise the quality of construction and promptly detect technical errors.• Ensure compliance with labor safety regulations at the site.• Flexibly and effectively handle issues arising at the construction site.• Perform other tasks as required by superiors.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Graduated from University with a major in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields.• With 5 to 10 years of experience in construction site supervision, responsible for Safety, Quality, and Progress of the project.• Proficient in Microsoft Office and specialized software such as AutoCAD.• Good English communication skills, ability to read and understand English drawings.• Good communication and conveyance skills.• Ability to work under high pressure, willing to work overtime on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.• Age requirement: 30 years old or younger.• Preference given to candidates who have worked on projects in Hai Duong province.
