- Office and Operations Management
- Manage daily operations and workflow of the Hanoi or Danang consulting office.
- Lead and support a small team of consultants and administrative staff.
- Ensure timely and high-quality execution of project documentation, reports, and internal communications.
- Client Service, Market Research and Project Delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact for regional clients and partners.
- Oversee consulting engagements from initial feasibility to licensing, setup, and post-launch support.
- Conduct site visits, market research, and investment advisory sessions tailored to client needs.
- Maintain close relationships with local partners across various cities and provinces to regularly collect and update:
- Real estate data: land/property prices, availability, locations, and ownership details
- Hospitality industry insights: openings and closings of hotels and restaurants, operational trends, investor activity, and new development projects
- Build and manage a centralized database of this market intelligence to support internal planning and client advisory services.
- Business Development
- Cultivate new business leads among:
- SME owners, overseas Vietnamese, and private investors.
- Local property agents and hospitality entrepreneurs
- Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Marketing and Industry Outreach
- Collaborate with the head office to implement local and digital marketing initiatives.
- Plan and co-host investor briefings, public seminars, and expert panels.
- Prepare and distribute monthly newsletters and market reports to clients, covering:
- Emerging hospitality and real estate trends
- Regional property prices and project movements
- Strategic opportunities for investors and developers
- Ensure all reports and content reflect accurate and up-to-date intelligence sourced through your partner network and internal research.
- Staff Training and Development
- Coordinate with K.A.B’s training unit to deliver in-house training on:
- Consulting methodology
- Vietnam’s regulatory framework
- Operational SOPs and budgeting techniques
- Coach your team to maintain high standards of accuracy, client service, and industry knowledge.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree or Executive MBA is an advantage.
• Experience:
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in hospitality, tourism, or consulting/project management.
• At least 3 years in a leadership or client-facing role, ideally within hotel/F&B development or real estate services.
• Language Skills:
• Fluent in both Vietnamese and English (spoken and written).
• Additional languages (e.g. Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean) are a plus.
• Technical and Soft Skills:
• Proficient in using AI to support work-related tasks.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and client negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in writing proposals, business plans, and market reports.
• Solid understanding of Vietnam’s investment environment, hospitality landscape, and property market.
• Experience in collecting and analyzing both real estate and hospitality market data.
• Competence in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and basic formatting software (e.g. Canva, InDesign).
• Independent working style with strong accountability and regional awareness.
