Unit: Consumer Banking - Credit Risk Management Team (HCMC)Purpose: To strengthen controls on credit policy, credit risk and fraud risk related to Consumer Banking business.Main tasks: Responsible for assisting with the overall credit risk environment of the finance company, and integration of credit risk management considerations in key decision-points to achieve the finance company’s growth and profitability objective Implement the credit risk management framework across the finance company, which includes ongoing identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting of key exposures and risks, and the management of these key risks Ensure an understanding of key credit risks and exposures among management, and facilitate responsible and effective risk-taking in line with risk appetite and tolerance work with business units in the identification of target markets and setting of industry risk acceptance criteria to drive portfolio construction and re-balancing, including managing credit concentration risk Ensure sound credit portfolio quality through early identification of potential problem accounts for close monitoring and early remediation. This includes timely and appropriate classification of accounts to reflect the underlying credit risk Assess and approve credit propositions/reviews to facilitate business growth without compromise on credit quality/standards through appropriate transaction structuring to mitigate/minimize risks Promptly initiate ad-hoc review of any portfolio in response to events/developments that may have adverse impact on overall credit quality and follow-up on action plan to minimize/mitigate risk identified Prompt monitoring and follow-up of excesses and overdues to minimize adverse impact on the underlying credit 財務面Financial Aspect Channel: Overseas ChannelKey performance indexFinancial Aspect NPL Ratio Credit Cost Coverage RatioNon-financial Aspect Ensure consumer risk management regulations and procedures are developed and reviewed timely Application Approval Rate Fraud detection Provide support to customer objectives by delivering value through simplified risk practices and processes

Professional requirement Expert knowledge on consumer credit risk areas, consumer banking products, services and systems Problem-solving, positive and constructive attitude is a must Self-motivated and detailed oriented team player who is able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge in technology or data analytics Professional qualifications such as CA/ACCA/CPA/FRM would be advantageousEducation: Bachelor's degree or higher from a worldly recognized university with good academic credentialsWork experience: +5 years of relevant hands-on banking or fintech experience, handling credit policy, credit risk related portfolios +5 years experiences of Vietnam marketLanguage skill Proficient in Vietnamese and either English or Chinese is a must
