Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in preparing various dishes.
- Perform food handling tasks in assigned areas on a daily basis.
- Complete detailed preparation work as required.
- Ensure all recipes are followed and the highest quality standards are maintained for every portion.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all cooking areas.
- Supervise and instruct subordinates on assigned tasks.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 2 years of working experience in a 4- or 5-star restaurant.
- Ability to support the Chef in designing and developing new dishes.
- Strong skills in food portioning, plating, and presentation.
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage kitchen operations effectively.
- Basic English communication skills.
