Responsible for the workstations in the kitchen
Responsible for the maintenance of all equipments and materials in his work area.
Control the hygiene in his work areas
Follow the standard recipe, safety and working method in food production assuring good quality and presentation
Accomplish correctly the entire tasks given by his direct superior and complete his task on time
Adhered to the quality and presentation of all dishes prepared in his work area
Inquire about all dishes sold in his outlet (availability, presentation and prices).

-At least one year as a commis at a 4/5 star hotel
-Must be able to communicate effectively. Must be a team player
