KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Be responsible for administration tasks• Assist Head of ICD with scheduling and client meetings, travel arrangements and general admin support like hotel bookings, flight bookings…• Support payment processes, flight and hotel bookings for business trips as well as incidental expenses of the department• Arrange for invoicing and collection of research payment and monitoring and settlement of payments to partners and external service providers• File documents that are in charged• Support to handle payment/ admin issues of in-charged area2. Support tasks relating to Corporate Access Department• Assist corporate access team with setting up client trips and organization and execution of client-related events….• Other tasks required by direct supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENTS1. Educational level• Bachelor’s degree, specialized in Economics, Law, HR Management, Business Administration2. Knowledge & Experiences• At least 2-year experience in a related area.• Basic knowledge of Finance – Accounting, Securities.• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work3. Technical skills• English writing and speaking skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office4. Soft skills• Influencing interpersonal skill• Independence, take initiative• Understand people’s psychology, attitude and behavior
