* Responsibilities: The Corporate Planning Officer (Projects) works independently or under limited supervision with the content-based oriented attitude to provide operational support by performing a range of route activities using existing systems and protocols. The Corporate Planning Officer (Projects) is responsible of following tasks: 1. Capex portfolio Management - Manage the portfolio of CAPEX investment from high-level control perspectives including but not limited to (i) prioritization of projects, (ii) alignment of objectives to business's overall goals and strategy, (iii) facilitating the efficient use of CAPEX across multiple projects and monitoring trends to ensure the use aligned with strategic goals, (iv) analyzing to improve the performance of CAPEX execution; - Perform the function of Post implementation audit (PIA) as required under the company applicable policy to reassess the success of capital investment (i.e. integrity of asset life cycle, benefit, etc.) and lesson learn to be applied in the future projects; - Data collection and analysis for CAPEX across multiple projects. 2. Company's norms development and management: - Facilitating the development of company's economic & technical norms applied in the various activities across NSRP; - Managing the application of company' norms on daily works in an effective and up-to-date manner. 3. Reporting - Extract and combine data to generate standard reports Capex investment among NSRP divisions/departments; - Extract and combine data to generate standard reports as assigned. 4. Procurement: Monitor and update the annual budget on template as guideline. 5. Budgeting: Assist in developing, reviewing, maintaining and monitoring Corporate Planning's budget and its procurement plan. 6. Policy and procedure: Assist in developing, reviewing, maintaining and updating CP's manual, guidelines. 7. Building capability of teams: Develop personal capabilities using existing formal and informal training opportunities. 8. Other tasks assigned by Managers and other superiors.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Educational Level: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields (Master's degree preferred).• Work Experience: Minimum 4 year of professional experience, including at least 5 years in corporate planning, with preference for experience in the oil, gas, petrochemical or manufacturing industry.* Skills:• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with expertise in data analysis.• Knowledge about Business Planning, KPIs and Finance analysis.• Knowledge about oil refining project activities.• Knowledge about project management.• Report writing and presentation skills in English.• English skills TOEIC 700 or equivalent (Fluent communication in English).• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.• Basic Knowledge of economics of refining business.
