We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Corporate Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Vietnamese, English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, and possess a high level of emotional intelligence (EQ). This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with international groups and corporations, significantly enhancing our ability to serve Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) clients, particularly within the Chinese market.Key Responsibilities:• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, particularly those in the Chinese market, ensuring that their banking and financial needs are met with the highest level of service and professionalism.• Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with international groups and corporations, with a focus on increasing our market share in the FDI sector.• Customized Financial Solutions: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored financial solutions that enhance their operations and growth potential.• Market Intelligence: Stay informed of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to provide clients with relevant insights and maintain a competitive edge.• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience, from onboarding to ongoing account management.• Cultural Competence: Utilize your language skills and cultural understanding to effectively communicate with and serve clients from diverse backgrounds, particularly those from China and other key Asian markets.• High Emotional Intelligence (EQ): Leverage your strong interpersonal skills to build trust, resolve conflicts, and foster long-term client relationships.
