Corporate Services Consultant – Singapore & HK Inc

Advise and assist foreign clients in setting up companies in Singapore and Hong Kong, including providing guidance on legal and regulatory requirements.Coordinate incorporation processes with relevant authorities and service providers in Singapore and Hong Kong.Prepare and review corporate documentation, incorporation forms, and related materials.Support clients with post-incorporation services such as bank account opening, nominee director arrangements, registered office services, and ongoing compliance requirements.Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners in Singapore, Hong Kong, and other jurisdictions.
