Cost & Contract Construction Manager

Contract Management: Oversee and ensure compliance with all signed contracts, monitoring project progress in relation to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.Change Management: Identify and assess changes in project scope, design, or requirements from clients. Negotiate and manage change orders, including additional costs and time extensions.Conflict Resolution: Mediate and resolve conflicts arising between subcontractors, internal departments, and clients, ensuring a collaborative work environment.Negotiation and Bargaining: Negotiate terms for amendments and additional clauses in contracts, ensuring alignment with the company's interests and optimizing cost management.Contractual Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies relating to project costs, timelines, and quality at all project stages.Contract Document Control: Maintain and organize all contract-related documentation, including meeting minutes and change agreements, ensuring easy access and retrieval when necessary.
