General responsibilities: - Develop and maintain the cost accounting system, document and record of the organization. - Collect data from R&D and Supply chain management departments for costing of SKUs. - Submit and give advice the cost of products to Chief Accountant before sending to sales the selling price. - Support sales in negotiating with customers (If any). - Analyze the data collected and log a detailed record of the result. - Analyze any change in goods or services provided in order to determine what effect it has on the cost. - Analyze manufacturing cost and prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs. - Make estimates of new and proposed product cost. - Provide management with report that specify and compare the factors those effect price and profitability of product or service. - Assist in audit and general ledger preparation.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- A bachelor’s degree and up related to Financial and Accounting.- At least two years of relevant experience in costing in a manufacturing company (furniture in advance).- Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills.- A good mindset in logical and system management.- Good time management and analytical skills.- Ability to communicate and write in English.- Preferred candidates with experience in management accounting, finance, and cash flow control.
