Join monthly savings meeting, can lead the meeting where necessary.Participate in yearly budget. Take an important part in coordinating and verifying targets of other departments (material prices- purchasing/sourcing, yield- QA, productivity-Production, etc.).Preparation of budget contribution margin & other related reports.C. Coaching and supportingHelp clarify/answer inquiries related to production costing from other departments (PM, PE, QA, Production, etc.)Complicated ad-hoc tasks/reports assigned by manager to meet deadlines with time pressure.Backup team members when necessaryD. OthersTake part in savings/Kaizen/lean projects and help verify savings.Effectively utilization of excel skills (Macro, Power Queries...) to build-up templates to facilitate reporting preparation and improve accuracy of the data.Effectively communicate and coordinate with other departments in problem solving, daily operation... to ensure work objectives achieved
