Key Areas of Responsibility: 1. Strategic Leadership:- Shape and implement holistic marketing strategies aligned with ASIA Group business units goals in Vietnam- Lead and inspire a dynamic marketing team, fostering innovation and collaboration- Set clear goals and track performance metrics to ensure success across all units- Expand marketing channels and platforms to grow brand awareness, reach and customer acquisition for all business units of the ASIA Group in Vietnam2. Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Deliver the projected and committed supply to all business units according to the monthly and annual business plans - Bridge the gap between marketing and business units to ensure seamless strategy integration- Standardize marketing processes for consistency and efficiency for all business units3. Performance Optimization:- Leverage cutting-edge technology and AI tools to optimize communication and coordination - Develop data-driven strategies to boost marketing ROI and customer satisfaction- Utilize analytics to refine campaigns, reduce acquisition costs, and drive customer retention4. Talent & Innovation:- Build and nurture a high-performing, innovative marketing team- Drive continuous learning and professional development, ensuring the team stays ahead of industry trends5. Budget Management:- Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and financial control- Conduct budget reviews and analyses to identify opportunities for cost savings and strategic investments6. Stakeholder Engagement:- Work closely with the business units’ management to align marketing initiatives with business goals.- Report to the ASIA Group Leadership on a quarterly and Annual basisWhile the above includes a description of the essential functions of the position, other duties may be assigned. Required Competencies - Strong experience at setting strategic goals, and at conceptualizing and executing high quality branding and marketing strategies- Ability to work under pressure and comply to tight schedules - Ability to make sensible decisions in a fast-paced environment - Creative and resourceful in developing ideas to create effective marketing strategies- Leadership skills including motivating, coaching employees to perform well and task delegation for team members- Demonstrated credibility with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of an organization- Great communicator and strong interpersonal skills- Stellar speaking and writing skills in English and Vietnamese- High level of commitment to the principles of organizational development and to the values of the company- Knowledge in Education industry is a plusQualification and Experience Required• Bachelor Degree in Marketing/ Business Administration. MBA is a major advantage• At least 10-15 years’ experience in marketing positions, and 3-5 years in similar role • Technology skills: - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint - CMS Software - Meta Suite - Google Analytics - Popular Social Media and video Platforms (Tik Tok, Zalo, Viber, Telegram, YouTube,...) - Digital Marketing optimization tools
