Creative Director (Design Based)

Yêu cầu ứng viên • A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. • 3-5+ years of experience in creative design, preferably in an agency or fast-paced marketing environment. • Proficiency in design abilities such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant software. • Strong creative thinking and a deep understanding of modern design trends and techniques. • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. • A solid understanding of branding, marketing, and social media platforms. • Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a significant advantage. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and sell your ideas effectively. • Skilled in ideation, transforming insights into big ideas, execution ideas, and designing communication plans. • The ability to think strategically and translate complex ideas into clear and concise visuals.
