Customer Satisfaction Officer (QA - CS)

Customer Services- Communicate with customers to address complaints and respond to customer requests- Coordinate with related departments to investigate root causes and implement countermeasures- Prepare and submit timely reports to customers- Follow up on post-response improvement actions; propose improvements for similar projects- Prepare for on-site customer audits and checklist evaluations- Execute correlation plans with customers- Perform other tasks assigned by the managerLocation: Lot C6, Thang Long Industrial Park, Thien Loc Commune, Hanoi City, Vietnam
