Provide timely post-sale service support to customer follow by Fujifilm Business Innovation Vietnam standards.Ensure product performance and service cost are followed by company target.Responsibilities• Provide post-sale service activities (installation, break fix, customer training, maintenance, customer call assistance…).• Improve service skills and knowledge in terms of technology and product changes followed by Service Manager’s requirement.• Information record and report to Service Manager in a timely manner.• Maintain service tool, van kit, technical documentation in top good condition.• Ensure customer satisfaction are achieved within own Machine in Field (MIF) territory.

Qualifications• Bachelor/ College Degree of Technical University, Electrical, Electronic industry or Information Technology.• Prefer 1-3 years of working experience in printing industry.• Intermediate English skills.• Competent in Computer, some common office software applications, MS. Office,…• Logic, Responsibility & Honesty.Required Skills• Organized, accuracy, reliable.• Positive and high responsibility.• Ability to work under pressure, hard working.• Independent & team-work attitude.• Interested in customer service, willing to travel.
