Mô Tả Công Việc
• Perform reception duties of clinic: meet and greet patients, answer phone calls, make and remind appointments, provide consultation of the clinic’s services to the patients to meet the target objectives;
• Manage overall patient records, ensure to complete and up to date; maintain client contacts and email database;
• Solve clients’ problems and complaints, handle conflicts;
• Coordinate with relevant departments to handle the crisis/incident from customer’s complaints;
• Support Finance team for billing;
• Assist Chiropractors, therapists, nurses in communicating with Vietnamese patients
• Other duties assigned by Customer Service Manager and Director;

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• College's Degree or above;
• At least 1 year working experience in relevant fields clinic, hospital is preferable;
• Good communication and be fluent in speaking and writing English skills;
• Be positive and can-do attitude;
• Female from 22 to 30 years old is preferable, candidates from Dental clinic/hospital, etc…are preferred;
