Key Duties:• Schedule and follow up on client appointments.• Accurately record and manage clients’ medical records.• Handle emergencies and coordinate with relevant departments for timely solutions.• Communicate current promotions and services to clients.• Address inquiries, receive and resolve client complaints.• Assist doctors during client consultations.• Analyze client needs and propose ideas to improve service quality and support business development.• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.Reporting and Monitoring:• Record daily tasks and report directly to the team leader.• Prepare the appointment list and treatment plan for the next working day.• Review and update client information in the management system.• Manage client check-in and check-out procedures at the clinic.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
