About the role and responsibilities:• Receive order, input data into system, process order• Inform delivery date to customer• Arrange shipment on time to customer• Maintain service, relationship with customer• Follow up customer's outstanding list with Finance• Handle/ solve customer's complaint• Handle all orther enquiries/ requests from customer
