**Job Description** 1. Independently handle shipments per SOP: prepare docs (SLI/B/L/delivery notice), arrange booking/trucking/customs clearance, and input shipment info into the system timely. 2. Track shipping status and maintain relationships with carriers, warehouses, trucking teams, etc. 3. Manage customer service: respond to booking inquiries, resolve issues efficiently for satisfaction. 4. Quote for customers/agents, track shipments, and coordinate with customers, overseas agents, and suppliers. 5. Input fees and issue invoices. 6. Execute region manager’s tasks, report regularly, and collaborate with overseas partners. 7. Know regional pricing, analyze route trends, and update internal quotes. 8. Independently receive overseas agents/customers and assist with scheduling. 9. Undertake other supervisor-assigned tasks. 10. Prior U.S. shipping route experience preferred.**
